Family Category Visa to get PR in New Zealand
If you have sponsor who resides in New Zealand, you can join them to work.
You can sponsor following family members:
PARTNER: You are the spouse or civil union partner.
Eligibility:
- You and your partner should have personally came to know each other and been staying together for at least 12 months.
- You both must be over 18 years of age. Supported by guardians in case your age is between 16-18. Also, they should not be close relative.
- You possess good health and moral conduct to apply for PR in New Zealand.
DEPENDENT CHILD: You happen to be a dependent child.
Eligibility:
- If you are aged 17 or under and single or between 18-24, single and have no children, you can apply for residency.
- You were born/adopted before your parents applied for New Zealand permanent residency or you were born/adopted after.
- If you are aged 18 or under, you must be financially dependent on any adult and if between 18-20, you eligible for residency irrespective of your financial dependency on anyone.

- If you have a valid job offer to work and gain New Zealand Permanent Residency.

- You are of sound health and good moral character.
