Criteria for PNP is different based on whether you apply through the paper based test (non-Express Entry streams) or Express Entry (Streams) process for PR in Canada.
- If nominated under Non-Express Entry Streams i.e. the paper based test
You qualify the minimum requirements listed of that province’s non-Express Entry streams and you will be nominated under that stream. Further, you will send an application to (Canadian Immigration and Citizenship) CIC after being nominated. - If nominated under Express Entry Stream
You must meet the eligibility requirements for Express Entry Stream of that province. After being nominated under that stream, you are liable to create Express entry Profile to show that you meet all necessary conditions for permanent residency in Canada.
