Tourist visa for Europe, Schengen visa permits the holder to stay within above countries for up to 90 days in any period of 180 days. If you intend to visit more than one Schengen country, you must submit your application to the embassy of the Schengen state that will be your main destination. Also, if you intend to spend an equal length of time in several Schengen states, you will be required to submit your application to the consulate of the Schengen state that you will arrive in first.
Note that if Netherlands is your main destination, you are required to approach a Dutch embassy or consulate to submit your application.

Schengen Visa Application: Complete and signed form.
Photos: Size of these photos – 35mm (width) x 45mm (height). These passport sized photos must display facial features clearly with light background.

Other Documents: Documents such as copy of your return-ticket reservation, travel visa insurance, a cover letter stating your purpose to visit, proof of civil status, etc may be asked to submit.
